JSC Insurance company «Krona» (previous name was «Kyiv-Energo-Policy») was created on the 9 th of March 2000

The founders of the company were: AC «KyivEnergo», «NPF «KyivEnergo», «Energobank».

On 10.10.06. the insurance company had changed its name for the new one IC «Krona» On the moment of creation Statutory fund was 2 250 thousand grn.

On the 10 th of August 2007 on meeting of IC «Krona» shareholders is considering question about the next increasing of Statutory fund to 33 509 740, 50 grn. by the reinvestment of dividends.

The insurance company «Krona» are:

• the member of Ukrainian Motor (Transport) insurance bureau
• the member of Ukrainian Nuclear insurance pool
• the member of Russian association of aviation and space insurers (RAASI)
• the member of association «Ukrainian Airports»
• the member of Odessa Association of transport Workers

In 2005 for the high quality level of services in accordance with European Standards IC «Krona» has received reward of European Business Academy «European Quality», and in 2006 «Krona» has received certificate of the rating «Gvardia 500» for the leading positions on the Ukrainian insurance market.
According to the rating «TOP-100» 2007, IC «Krona» entered in 10 leaders on voluntarily medical insurance and in a number of the best 15 companies on insurance payments among 456 insurance companies of Ukraine.
